    Absolutely! Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions to ensure your designs are exactly how you envision them. We’re committed to getting it just right!

    All of them! Whether it’s Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or even emerging platforms, we design content tailored to your audience and each platform’s unique style. If it’s social, we’ve got it covered!
  • Do I have to provide the copy?
    Yes, but if you’re feeling stuck or can’t quite put your thoughts into words, don’t worry! As long as you have the general idea, Aliant Brands can step in and help craft the perfect message for your post or ad graphic. We’re here to make it easy for you!
  • Do you offer social media templates?
    Absolutely! We can create a custom suite of social media templates tailored to your brand. Check out our a la carte pricing for details. While we design primarily using Adobe Creative Suite, we’re happy to convert or build templates in tools like Adobe Express or Canva if you prefer. Just keep in mind that these platforms may have more limited design capabilities. Let us know what works best for you!
  • Do I have to have professional photos?
    Not at all! While professional photos can enhance your brand’s look, we can work with stock images, custom vector graphics, or stylized text to create eye-catching visuals that align with your brand’s identity. We've got flexible options to make your content shine!
  • How do I receive my files?
    We deliver your files perfectly sized and formatted for your chosen social media platforms. You’ll receive them in high-quality JPG or PNG formats, ready to upload and share with your audience!
  • Are Reels included?
    Not at this time. While we specialize in creating stunning flat graphics, we don’t currently offer video production services for Reels. However, we can design graphics or templates that complement your video content perfectly!
  • What are some of the printing techniques you use?
    We strive to add dimension to your commercial print in order to leave lasting impressions and generate emotional connections. We allow you to dream big - the capacity of our digital print and digital inkjet networks will bring your ideas to life. Our other offerings include, but are not limited to, 3D and lenticular printing, die cutting and four-color processes. We’re also well-versed in sheet-fed and web press techniques, delivering higher quality, efficiency and versatility for fast turns on high-volume print.
  • What apparel finishing do you offer?
    We offer several finishing services to include the following: Woven Tag sourcing Woven tag sewing Hang Tag sourcing Hang tag application Individual folding and polybagging Inside tag removal Inside tag printing.

    What file type should I upload? The higher the resolution the better. AI or EPS files work the best. Do you keep my artwork on file? Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy! Can I specify a PMS color for my print? Yes! However, keep in mind there are a few products where, due to the limitations of the printing process, exact PMS matching isn’t possible. This information will be listed on each product page.

  • Overview of the Ordering Process
    Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation with your order number. Within 48 hours you will receive the production mockup based on your artwork request. If we are using embroidery to embellish your design, you will receive a sew out of your design. This may take up to a week. There you’ll have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for art design and prep!). Once you’ve approved the production mockup we will go into production. Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval!
  • What if I’m unhappy with my order?
    If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact your Customer Care Representative and we’ll rerun your order or refund your money. We’ll even pay the shipping to get the problem product returned. We are in this for the long-haul and will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied. Really!

    We accept all major credit cards!
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
